**Menu:** Platform Admin → Operations → Dashboard
This page is for platform operators, finance managers, and support staff who need a single view of the entire ecosystem: customers, transactions, wallets, and acceptors.
Prerequisites
- Admin account with view dashboard permission.
- Core services (wallet, customers, acceptors) running on the server.
- For meaningful numbers, at least some customers or transactions must exist.
Page layout
At the top: Management Dashboard title and data timestamp. Refresh reloads all cards.
If pending withdrawal requests exist, a yellow alert bar shows count and amount — click it to open withdrawals.
Typical stat cards:
- Total customers — with month-over-month change %
- Today's transactions (amount) — in local currency
- Total wallet balance
- Today's transaction count
- Active acceptors
- Total wallets
Left column (or below on mobile): Recent transactions — last eight rows with type, amount, status (success, pending, failed), and time. View all opens the full transaction list.
Right column: Quick access shortcuts to Customers, Acceptors, Transactions, Wallets. Below that, Status summary repeats pending withdrawal totals.
Step-by-step
- After login, open Operations → Dashboard.
- If a withdrawal alert appears, review it first — finance tasks often start here.
- Scan stat cards; note any number that looks unusual vs. last week.
- For transaction detail, use Recent transactions or View all.
- Jump to a module via Quick access.
- Before a meeting or report, click Refresh for fresh data.
Tips and common issues
- A full error page → try Retry; connection may have dropped briefly.
- All zeros is not always an error — new environments start empty.
- You cannot register customers or acceptors from the dashboard; use the dedicated pages.
- Missing change % on a card means insufficient comparison data.
