MoonTech is a SaaS platform for customer clubs, wallets, marketplace, app builder and related modules. Features depend on your subscription.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate registration data, password confidentiality and activity under your account.
4. Billing
Pricing is published on the pricing page. Trial terms apply as stated at signup. Late payment may suspend service.
5. Acceptable use
No illegal use, money laundering, IP infringement or infrastructure abuse.
6. IP
Software, brand and docs belong to MoonTech. Content you upload to your club remains yours.
7. Liability
Service provided as-is within limits of applicable law.
8. Governing law
Laws of Iran; disputes resolved through negotiation then competent courts.
