Service Overview

Building management (SaaS for residential or commercial properties) lets clubs offer members tools to manage buildings, charge periods, unit payments, and treasury — common in property-backed clubs or housing cooperatives. Platform admins monitor adoption; club managers set pricing and support; members create buildings and pay charges from the portal.

The module combines CRM-style building records with billing cycles and a simple treasury view for building managers among members.
